I have been living for jumpsuits recently. Specifically, jumpsuits from Nobody’s Child. It is a brand I have only recently discovered and the items they sell so accurately fit my changing fashion tastes that have remoulded over the past few months.
It looks like I’ve got the colour bug – I’m just so eager nowadays to add something bold to anything I wear and this red jumpsuit definitely echoes that sentiment. Jumpsuits are also an amazing statement piece to own – they are so comfy and yet, when you throw one on, they can make you look really put together. Depending on what you add with them, you’re either ready to go for a night out or a casual day running errands.
I feel my fashion style is so closely interconnected with my art style. Now I’ve become brave enough to start injecting vivid palettes into my work, I think that courage for colour has slowly transcended into my wardrobe as well.
I’ve come to realise that I just want my clothes to reflect my creative, fun inner self; less serious, more me.
